Our Express (30 minute) sessions are far more effective than any other trainer or gym's 60 minute sessions.

Express personal training sessions: (half hour)

33 week series (100 sessions three days per week) $35 per session

16 week series (48 sessions three days per week) $40 per session

8 week series (24 sessions three days per week) $45 per session

4 week series (12 sessions three days per week) $55 per session

Express sessions are only available in gym locations at limited times.

Express sessions schedule:

Santa Monica: Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ noon

West Hollywood: Tues/Thurs @ 7am and 7pm, Sat 11am

West LA: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7am, Sat 10am

Marina del Rey: 8:30 am and 6pm weekdays

Tarzana: 5pm weekdays

Beverly Hills: weekday mornings

Pasadena: 5pm weekdays, Saturday noon

Long Beach: contact us

Redondo Beach: Tues/Thurs @ 6pm,  Saturday 9am

Woodland Hills: contact us

Calabasas: Mon, Tues, and Thurs @ 7:30pm

Antelope Valley: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 7am
